At Geosavi, we take privacy seriously. However the very nature of our service is to allow the geographic tracking of people, vehicles and other important assets and resources. so some people may be concerned about privacy infringement. It is the responsibility of our customers to decide whether to inform their family members, employees, vendors, customers, etc. if a Geosavi device has been installed on their vehicle or other asset. It is also the responsibility of our customers to adhere to all local, state and federal regulations regarding the use of tracking devices and services as well as all regulations related to protection of privacy.

We collect the e-mail addresses and phone numbers of those who communicate with us via e-mail or voice, we aggregate information on what pages users access or visit, and information volunteered by our users.
